The days are long and hot. Your digestive fire is digesting all those delicious fresh veggies and fruits. The dominant element Is fire.

Summer brings all those delicious foods we love. We must check in with our digestion to see how well we are digesting all these new foods that we may be consuming raw. I like to incorporate some gently cooling recipes that are easy to digest but temper the heat of the liver which can soar during the summer months.
